Leal references John Milton’s Paradise Lost, as his inspiration for his project. Pandemonium in his story is capital of hell, it also means confusion chaos and commotion. He compares this to the design process of sorting through disconnected overflow of ideas. This project was design to understand chance and experimentation inserted in the creative process of graphic design.

He states "Contrary to popular belief, ideas are not a result of divine inspiration or orderly and predictable thinking. They come to life due to repetitive practice, effort and experimentation, which are characteristics of the designer´s own repertoire. " This is interesting because this is a summary of chance and luck used within his design process in a book.

I personally love the use of different gestures and motions and the balance between digital and analog way of working.

I believe this being done in graphic design is interesting and It gave me a feeling that working with luck within design is possible and it is a common act that we do but something we never focus on.

I can take his use of digital and going back and forth between paper and digital to develop his work within my work process.
